Order Adjustments and Cancelations
Thank you so much for choosing us! Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified. To ensure timely processing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders. The same goes for combining orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at info@embere-luxe.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are carefully packaged with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers.
However, regretfully should your product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will resend you a replacement at our expense. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel with the images of defective product. Refunds and exchanges will be issued at the discretion of Embere Luxe.
